See How Itoh Denki Products will Work for Your Application

Choosing and implementing a conveyor system is an extensive undertaking, so it is important to have the resources to make the correct decisions from the start. For many, this means seeing and experiencing the products first hand, in an environment reminiscent of a real-world application. 

Itoh Denki USA’s Technical Center in Ontario, CA opened in December 2020 to give prospective customers this experience. The state of the art, 16,000 square foot facility provides resources to help customers optimize their applications using Itoh Denki products. The Technical Center provides training and resources that can be tailored to distributors, integrators, OEMs, or end users. 

The Technical Center features a warehouse with several conveyor loops, so our product can be seen in action. New Itoh Denki technology, including the Slide Open Gate, Multi-Angle Ball Sorter, and F-RAT-NX75, is available to experience at the Technical Center. Visitors can bring samples of their own products to test on the conveyor loop or, if they cannot attend in person, send samples of their products to the Technical Center and receive a video of them running on our test conveyor loop.

Our Technical Center staff can answer any question and help customers decide which products are best for their application. They will also train customers to use any product, from our classic MDRs to driver cards and complex modules. Our staff is prepared with the resources and experience to make our customers confident in choosing our products.
