At Itoh Denki, we specialize in brushless 24V DC motor driven roller (MDR) technology. Safety and energy efficiency are our top priorities, which is why we incorporate “Run-on Demand” technology in all of our products. This technology allows our products to run only when articles are sensed on a specific zone, which vastly improves energy savings in comparison to traditional conveyor systems.

After the positive reception of our traditional MDRs, we took this technology and incorporated it into our line of 24V DC MDR transfer modules as well as our gate module. All transfer and operation of these modules is completed using MDR technology, eliminating the use of pneumatics and creating a more cost effective and safer alternative for our customers.
